Fees, Transparent, Fair Pricing at Envision Mediation
At Envision Mediation, we understand pricing during family conflict should not create added stress. Therefore, we clearly explain all fees upfront. From the start, our goal is to make mediation both affordable and easy to understand for the families we support.
Fees, Initial Consultation and Intake Session
To begin with, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you a chance to explore mediation and ask important questions. Furthermore, it allows us to understand your concerns and recommend appropriate next steps. After this call, each party attends a 90-minute intake session at a fixed rate. Thanks to this clear structure, you can proceed with confidence, knowing there are no hidden costs.
Payment Terms and Flexible Options
All frees are payable 48 hours prior to your session commencing. Please note a 50% cancelation fee applies for cancelations less than 24 hours prior to your session. ‘no shows’ or less than 24 hour’s notice will be charged full fees.
