Belle is a highly qualified experienced Mediator; she specializes in Family Dispute Resolution, is a Certified Child consultant specializing in child inclusive practice, an experienced family and couple counsellor, trainer and parent educator. Belle has a background in counselling and psychology and has been working in the social services for over a decade. 

Belle is known for her calm, focused, even, empathetic, knowledgeable, warm, kind and fair nature. She is extremely child focused and will work with you, and your family to achieve the best possible outcomes for the future.

Introduction to Belle’s Child-Inclusive Practice

Belle has been a child consultant for the last ten years, training under Bill Hewlitt and Jen McIntosh. She is very experienced in interviewing children in a non-invasive, caring and empathetic way. Children have reported feeling heard, safe and relived after having their voice heard in mediation. There is also a lot of research that suggests that Child inclusive Practice increases the quality of not only the co-parent relationship, but also the parent/child relationship post mediation. 

Background in Counselling and Psychology

Belles background in counselling and psychology also gives her the ability to understand and empathize with each party in regard to their conflict and their unique situation. Belle is trained in many different therapy models and uses her counselling background to provide a safe container to help clients feel understood and heard during the mediation process. 

Belle’s Mediation Philosophy

Belle believes mediation is about empowering her clients to be their best self’s and to look for solutions when there feels like there are none. Belle’s aim at Envision mediation is to help each individual that she speaks to access motivation to make their life better than they ever thought it could be. She works with each individual to see how solutions can be found to reduce conflict even if it feels hopeless. 

Professional Experience

Belle has worked in non for profit organizations for many years as a mediator, trainer, parent educator and counsellor before starting Envision mediation. She has a dream to continue the work in her own way, while still giving back to the community. Therefore, she has wealth of experience which assists her in working with complex family matters that include; complex mental health issues, alcohol and drug issues, child abuse and domestic violence.

Renae Sirons –  FDRP

Renae Sirons is a fair-minded, passionate Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) who helps families across Perth WA move forward after separation. She brings years of experience as a child consultant and parent educator, specialising in guiding families through some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Understandably, separation often triggers a grieving process for both adults and children. Emotions such as anger, sadness, and fear are common. However, Renae creates a space where these emotions can be acknowledged and gently worked through in a supportive and practical way.

Practical Support for Families

Renae offers families practical tools to resolve disputes, improve communication, and build healthier co-parenting relationships. Her friendly and non-judgemental approach helps clients feel safe and supported, even in high-conflict situations. Moreover, she works with both parents to ensure the child’s best interests remain the central focus.
